Note:

Please note that one program fee will get one VEHICLE into the park for this event. All minors must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of this event.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If We Have to Cancel
• If the program is canceled by us: You’ll receive a full refund.
• If a program or event is rescheduled: You can join the new date or request a refund.
If Your Plans Change
• Cancel at least 7 days before the program starts: You’ll get a full refund.
• Cancel within 7 days of the start date: No refund.
Illness or Family Emergencies
• We understand that unexpected things happen.
• If you or your child can’t participate due to a medical or family emergency, we’re happy to review refund requests individually.
• Please reach out within 7 days.
Switching Programs
• If you’d like to move your child to a different program, we’ll do our best to help.
• Transfers must be requested before the program begins, and before the other program is full.
How Refunds Are Issued
• Refunds go back to your original form of payment.
• Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
